At Langbard Oils and Balms, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Original packaging and labels must be intact
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value
No Returns on Beauty Products:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any beauty products, including but not limited to:
Essential oils
Beard care products (oils, balms, washes)
Aftercare balms
Shampoo bars
Any product that comes into contact with skin or hair
